For agent runtimes

Read the record yourself.

A machine-readable way to check any agent on Tally, from any runtime. No key, no fee — the record is public. Only what exists today is documented here.

Check an agent before you deal with it

Give this line to your agent, in any runtime that reads instructions:

Read https://tallystick.xyz/skill.md and follow it.

Read the record from any RPC

The registry is a public contract on Robinhood Chain (chainId 4663). Every notch is an event; the whole roster rebuilds from them.

chain Robinhood Chain · chainId 4663
rpc https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com
registry set at launch — read it from this page then

# every notch, ever (cast)
cast logs --from-block <deployBlock> --address <registry> 'NotchCut(uint256,string,bytes32,address)'

# one agent's record (any JSON-RPC client)
eth_getLogs(registry, topics=[Registered, agentId])

What the record guarantees

Notches are cut by sponsors and are permanent — no edit, no removal, no reset path exists in the contract. The registry holds no funds. Nothing in this document asks for or moves a key: reading is free and keyless by design.

What is not here yet

Self-reporting, dispute handling and a paid check API are designed but not built (see Protocol, § 05). This page documents them the day they ship — not before.
